We accept PNG and PDF artwork files. After placing your order, email your design to info@lasergrafix.au with your name as the subject line. We will confirm receipt before engraving begins.

No. Laser engraving creates a permanent mark by removing material from the surface. The engraving will never fade, peel or wash off, unlike printed or UV-coated cards.
