Common questions about steel membership cards.
Can each card have a different name or member number?
Yes. Send a CSV or Excel file of names and member numbers with your artwork. We load it straight into our engraving software, so each card is engraved to match.
How thick are the cards?
1mm, precision-cut from premium grade stainless steel. Noticeably substantial the moment it's placed in someone's hand — your members will feel the difference immediately compared to a plastic card.
Will the engraving fade or wear off?
No. Laser engraving permanently removes material from the surface — unlike printed or UV-coated cards, it can't fade, peel, chip, or wash away. Your details will be just as sharp in ten years as the day the card was made.
What file format do I need to send?
PNG or PDF at the highest resolution you have. After placing your order, email your design to info@lasergrafix.au with your name as the subject line. We'll confirm receipt and review your artwork before engraving begins.
What size are the cards?
85mm × 55mm, the standard card size used worldwide. They fit standard wallets and cardholders like any membership or business card.
Do you offer bulk pricing for clubs and venues?
Yes. For orders of 20 or more cards, contact us at info@lasergrafix.au for a custom bulk pricing quote. Consistent branding across large member runs is available — just tell us your quantity and required date.
